We had such a nice time during our stay. The property was great and my kids loved the pools! I have an age gap and my littlest loved the 3foot pool so he could swim on his own with out swimmies and my oldest loved the big pool with the deep end. There is another pool that goes from 3.5 to 5ft right next to the hot tubs so if mom and dad want to relax they can still keep an eye on the kids!

The restaurant on site, Splash by the Sea, was surprisingly good! And it was nice to put your name in and go finish getting ready in the condo and not have to wait for an hour entertaining hungry kiddos. We were also close to the Pier which also had casual breakfast lunch and dinners. Also, very good!

We got to see baby sea turtles hatch just a quarter mile from the villa. So it was a pretty magical trip for us and the kids!

The only thing I would suggest is that the condo could use a good clean. I think we were here towards the end of the season so it’s to be expected.
I would also suggest looking into umbrella rental companies in the area in advance. They book up fast and take week long reservations. We were out of luck by the time we figured it out.

My husband and I were looking for a nice, quiet week away and this condo was fantastic. The resort is very nice with plenty of pool space and hot tubs (kept up very nicely). The condo had a nice porch overlooking the pool area (and can see the ocean). Very quiet, comfortable and clean. Just steps to the beach, such easy access. You can stay in and cook, everything you need is stocked or you can head out and enjoy the local restaurants. Would highly recommend.

My family had a great time at North Topsail Beach. this unit was perfect, clean, comfortable, well stocked, this place was like having two separate apartments, i love how the master bedroom has its own mini kitchen and it’s own bathroom. The mattress was so comfortable! My teenage boys stayed in the other bedroom that has its own bathroom and twin beds. My boys rode their bikes to the fishing pier everyday (5mts away) they found a basketball court and played tennis right across the street. We used Topsail Beach Service to rent our bikes, (great service) We didn’t leave the resort at all, we had everything we needed: Sea View fishing pier (they rent fishing rods there) we had the beautiful ocean (condo has beach chairs and beach towels) 3 gorgeous pools and hot tubs and a restaurant on site: Splash by the Sea, it’s located right across from the condo, Saturday night they have live music and it was just amazing to sit in the balcony with a glass of wine and listen to this very talented musician playing the guitar. The dining experience at Splash by the Sea was incredible, they definitely take pride on their food and cocktails We ate at the restaurant patio most of the time and had incredible ocean views. At night we took walks to the fishing pier (open 24/7) (5mts walk) I would say the experience was incredible, exactly what I was looking for: beach, pool, fishing, good food. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Tami & Jim for hosting, you were amazing at communicating with us. Your condo it’s beautiful! We’ll definitely come back!
