Great vacation! We want to book this place for next year!

Me and my children have not had a vacation In 15 years. We drove 11 hours and it was well worth the drive!! Loved how close the beach was and the pools where so nice to relax at after swimming in the ocean! Our condo was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies so we could cook most meals. My family and I really enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be coming back.

Communication and check in was very easy. House was very clean, not cluttered but had everything we needed. Tons of towels, games, kitchen was great, laundry room was perfect for storing beach stuff and getting laundry done.
We loved walking down to beach and then spraying off and doing pool. Topsail has a lot of fun shops, a great bagel place, seafood (Ricks Restaurant). It was the perfect vacation for my husband and I, our 3 kids and 2 grandparents. Kids didn’t mind the sleeper sofas. We had a blast!

Everything abt this vacation was perfect other than the sunburns! Tami was the best host from the cleanliness to the communication. We will definitely be back to North Topsail and this condo!!

We had an amazing time. Traveling with children, convenience is key. The 4 pools and 2 hot tubs were a few steps down the hall. The ocean was close by too and easy to bring toys and chairs to. The unit was large enough to allow everyone enough space. The balcony was peaceful and beautiful. The atmosphere has a bit of a night life with music and activity until around 10, but not so loud to be a bother to kids falling asleep. There were a few good restaurants close by and lots more about 15 minutes away. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit had 3 TVs so that everyone was happy. The kids are already asking when we can go back!!!

This is the ideal location to go and stay at, with a very clean condo and a great layout to it. It was very well up kept and overall an amazing time

This was my first time visiting Topsail Beach and I must say that the accommodations were above board. The property owner was more than accommodating and was readily available should we have had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this property to anyone for a vacation or just a quick get away. I rarely write reviews, but this was worth the trip from Wake Forest and would stay here again anytime. Thank you again Ms. Tami for making my first trip to Topsail a memorable one. I look forward to staying at your beach condo again in the future.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our weekend getaway. The pools, hot tubs, and amenities were all very nice. The check-in/check-out process was easy. We had a great stay and would stay there again.
