Definitely the best AirBNB experience I’ve ever had. Good communication, from Tami, the house was exactly what we expected it to be, and check out was extremely easy. 10/10

Tami’s place was absolutely wonderful. One of the best AirBnBs we have ever visited. The place was extremely clean. Amenities were well stocked for a weekend away. Walking distance to the beach, as well as many local restaurants and shops. Tami and Jim were responsive and communicated throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Lots of space to spread out, great for traveling with our multigenerational family. Walk to the beach was very close and easy. We loved the outdoor shower after coming back from the beach and my son took advantage of the beach toys in the well-stocked storage space. Tami and Jim were very responsive and made our stay easy and comfortable. We would definitely love to come back!

Would definitely stay here again. We’ve been to surf city/topsail multiple times and this was our favorite spot. Direct walkway to the beach right outside the door. Parking for 3 cars. Beautiful and homey decor. Kitchen was fully stocked with lots of plates, bowls, silverware, and plastic plates bowls and cups for kids. Pots, pans, crock pot, blender, cutting boards, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, plenty of cooking utensils, etc. Balcony off the living room as well as off the master bedroom. Check in and checkout super easy. Lots of stuff in the guest closet like football and soccer ball. Not many of the beach chairs in the closet were usable and the wagon had a broken wheel so I would bring your own. Bikes are in good shape and there are 2 beach umbrellas. Overall an awesome place to stay for us 6 adults and 1 toddler

We were thrilled with the house! It fit all of us perfectly! Very spacious and beautiful. Would absolutely stay again next time we are in the area!

Overall great communication, great place, clean, near by super market to get food, etc…

There’s Currently construction on the building next door. During the week they would start construction around 7-8am which was really loud. Weekends- no construction so it was nice and peaceful.

From initial contact to check out Jim and Tami were available to answer any questions. Their lovely home is spacious with room to play games, and was perfect for my granddaughter, Kennedy’s 14th birthday with her friends. We had everything we needed at our disposal ie toiletries, paper towels, linens etc.
We will definitely plan to come back for a week long family vacation next summer.

We had a lovely stay and the house was so well furnished (the kitchen was awesome!). The beach equipment and bicycles were a special fun touch.
Jim and Tami are very attentive and communication was very easy and they are very prompt to reply.
We had a large family group (11 including the children) and everyone was so happy with our stay.
Highly recommend this house and the hosts!!!

We had an amazing stay here. Jim and Tami were phenomenal hosts. We got the chance to meet them on the beach our first day and they gave us great recommendations for places to try! The house was clean and a great size. It was in a perfect location in Surf City within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed this stay and appreciate everything Jim and Tami did for us!
