This property had everything we needed and more. With 2 kids (ages 5 & 3) the convenience of location to the pool, the beach and the pirate ship/play area was more than ideal. This was the perfect all around condo…location, cleanliness, conscience…everything! Jim and Tami are awesome! The water lune broke and we had no water on our last day…checkout day…they brought us gallons of water…truly a great vacation. We will definitely go back!

Fabulous condo and location! End unit so only one person beside you which is a plus!! The pool wasn’t open the entire stay which was a disappointment, but it was beyond Jim & Tami’s control. Will definitely book this condo again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect – a view of the ocean from the balcony and just a short walk to the beach. The balcony was a favorite place for most of my little family. The condo was also a short drive from good local places to eat. This was our first time visiting the beach in NC and we had a great time while staying at Tami’s place. Tami was very responsive and provided timely information about checking in and house rules.

Tami and Jim were so helpful and responded to our questions about the area in a quick manner. They were so nice and friendly! The condo is right on beach and very clean, airy and bright! Great decor!! The condo had everything that you needed. It had board games, cards, books and movies and Netflix!! We had great family time together!! My family made Mother’s Day brunch on the balcony with beach view and that made my day!

Tami and Jim were very kind, communicative and accommodating! We left an item behind and they mailed it back to me within an hour or two. The place was in a very good location, it was very clean and had everything we could need! we definitely enjoyed our stay there and wish we could have stayed longer!
