I highly recommend this little slice of heaven! We spent Thanksgiving here visiting our Marine son. We were very comfortable during our stay. I prepared several meals, including Thanksgiving & the kitchen had everything I needed. We saw several dolphins from the back deck – the beach, skies, & ocean were beautiful. Tami was always quick to respond to any questions & was a very accommodating, thoughtful hostess. We also received a military discount. Highly recommend!

This is the best rental we’ve ever had. Hands down. The proximity to the beach, the coziness and cleanliness of the house go beyond anything described. Tami definitely goes above and beyond for her guests. We had the best little weekend away with our family. North Topsail beach does not disappoint. We also highly recommend Splash by the Sea just up the road – the shrimp and grits are the best I’ve ever had. And take a 20 min drive back to the mainland for the Riverview Cafe. Condo was tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The balcony provides view of the ocean and overlooks the pool. Located with short trip to Sneeds Ferry or Surf City for shopping, groceries, restaurants and activities.

Tami is an amazing host- very attentive to any questions and responsive. The property is just what we wanted, quiet, away from the touristy areas and more than enough space. The property was clean and very well appointed. Choose this place if you want a quiet spot and no worries!

This place is GREAT! It was perfect for our little man’s first trip to the beach.

The unit is on the first floor, which is means if you use a wagon you can roll right out the door and down the nearby boardwalk ramp to the beach – no stairs between the unit and the beach. Made it super easy to get all our stuff down and set up without a sweat.

The unit is also right near the pool, which is convenient since you won’t have to lug a bunch of stuff just to sit out back.

Hosts are very responsive and make sure you have everything needed to set up. They made the stay very easy and enjoyable! Matt  via Airbnb
