Tami and Jim are fabulous hosts, attentive, caring, and responsive. Everything about our stay was excellent. The condo is terrific, the beach is beautiful, and the seafood and fish mongers in nearby Sneads Ferry are world class.

Perfect North Topsail location, quiet first floor end unit with lovely ocean views. We came two weeks after my husband‘s knee replacement and could not have asked for a better setup with ramps from parking lot to walkway. Building also has an elevator for upper level access, which is rare in these Topsail condo buildings. The condo itself is comfortable and has everything you need for a home away from home feeling.
