This is a wonderful place to stay with great hosts. Topsail is a fun location and you can’t beat this beautiful condo!

This is a perfect place to stay in Topsail! Jim & Tami were excellent hosts, had everything organized, and were super communicative. The condo was great and super clean. It had a good setup with bedrooms/bathrooms, great decor, comfortable, a fully equipped kitchen, great outdoor seating on the balcony to enjoy meals outside, and just steps away to the beach. I would highly recommend!

This was our first AirB&B experience and it was wonderful. Tami is a warm, thoughtful host. Her condo is exactly as described. It is spacious, comfortable and spotless. We could see and hear the ocean. The pool is right out front. Don’t hesitate to book. Thank you Tami and Jim.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The condo has everything you need. The view is beautiful! The location of the condo is perfect. Very close and convenient to the pool, beach, and play area. The hosts were very responsive! We hope to stay here again!

Great location, beautiful views from the balcony, incredibly easy access to beach and pool. Spacious, clean condo with plenty of seating, thoughtful games, and beach accessories provided. The washer and dryer come in handy after a day on the beach or at the pool- an ideal feature for an extended stay. The beds are comfortable. Although, the bed in the bedroom with the en suite is creaky and not as comfortable as the second bedroom. The communication with Tami was excellent from start to finish.

One recommendation would be to stop and buy groceries or food on the way to the condo-very limited delivery options. In the condo, there is a binder with all information you may need during your stay (activities, food, nearby necessities, etc.) I would definitely recommend it, and very likely to stay again!

Great location and set-up for a vacation with small kids!

Beach access couldn’t get much easier and the pool is a great break from the sand when you need it.

Kitchen is well appointed and the entire unit gets an A+ for cleanliness.

This area of topsail island is very laid back and not too busy. Highly recommend.

Was a great place for our getaway. I took my grandmother to see the beach one more time. It was disappointing that the ramp to the beach was damaged and unusable. Our stay at Tami’s was phenomenal and it was a very equipped condo! Would definitely return for a weekend getaway!

Hearing the sound of the ocean anytime of day or night was sooooo relaxing and refreshing. We loved going down to the beach and seeing all the different kinds of shells and their beauty. If you look closely, you might even find shark teeth and jellyfish. We found a few. The waves are great but very strong so be careful out there. We enjoyed great seafood and non seafood(allergies to seafood) and prices were pretty good at the Riverview Cafe in Sneads Ferry NC. Its only about 20 or 25 mins away. Worth the drive.
