Easy And comfortable

Clean, comfortable, and close to everything! This house accomodated everything we needed for our stay from outdoor shower, multiple bathrooms, and great kitchen living area. We enjoyed watching a sea turtle release on the beach, and gorgeous views of the sound. So much to appreciate about this house and beautiful Topsail!

We had an amazing stay here! Jim and Tami were responsive and helpful when we were trying to make reservations. The views were fantastic and the house was comfortable and clean with plenty of items to use and take when going to the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home right at the beach and sound. The amenities were perfect- bikes, all of the fishing and beach gear. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Host very nice and made us feel at home. They made sure we had everything we needed, including a small air compressor for the bike tires! Our family had a great time and we look forward to next year!

We enjoyed our time in Topsail beach! What a great location! Close to the beach access (which was all ramp and no stairs!) and close to the sound access for fishing and beautiful sunsets. The house had everything we needed with lots of great spots to hang out. The owners were super helpful and easy to communicate with, we really appreciated that! We loved riding bikes to the end of the island and only being 15 minutes drive from the bridge and main town. It was very quiet down in the south end and so dog friendly! Our pup was happy to hang on the beach with us in the shade. We also liked having the pier close by. We would definitely stay here again, only great things to say about this place! Thanks for sharing it with us!

My family had a blast at Tami’s place. The four bedrooms were situated to accommodate adults and children with enough individual space. The kitchen area and porch were great for meals, hanging out, and relaxing. I especially appreciated how clean and organized the whole property was-inside and out. I love a clean space and was thrilled that there were no chemical air fresheners like some places have. It was just in great shape and clearly well maintained. This has to be one of the best locations in Topsail Beach with easy walking distance into restaurants, shops, the fish market, the beach, and the sound. We all agreed we would want to stay here again and loved the space. My overall favorite things were having two options for making coffee, a great supply of cups and dishware, CLEAN floors, shady/breezy hang out space on the upstairs porch, and feeling like we were truly on vacation. Thanks so much and can’t wait to return!
