This was the cleanest rental we’ve ever had. Nothing at all to complain about. Comfy beds and pillows, plenty of room for our large family, well stocked kitchen and guest closet with beach supplies. One minute walk to the sound and less than two minutes to beach. Only a few more minutes to the pier and downtown Topsail Beach. Hope to stay again in the future!

Really great townhouse with quick access to the beach or sound. The outdoor shower was absolutely amazing!!! I am glad we came by this time of year as there weren’t people in the other residences, making it feel like it was just us. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The only negative I can add is the amount of steps for the older pup who tagged along. They became a lot for him but still manageable! The family rented houses all over the island and many members thought this townhome was superb! Would recommend to a friend or family!

Fantastic location! Loved the proximity to the beach and the nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved that they included some beach equipment, like chairs and a wagon to cart everything back and forth. Even though it is a short distance to the beach, this made the walk so much more convenient. Had no issues with the place and Tami was great to communicate with. Check-in/out was super easy. Everything was as described in the listing, however the 4th bedroom with the twin & bunk beds was very small and cramped. We had all adults and ended up sharing rooms rather than using the bunk bed room as it was uncomfortable for an adult and there was nowhere to even fit a suitcase. Would be fine with little kids, but didn’t work for us. Still had a great time and we’re able to make it work.

Clean, pert-friendly, and bright home with convenient beach access. Upper balconies have respective views of the sound and ocean. Owners are very responsive. Cathedral ceiling in main living area. Quiet part of the island with good dining options nearby. A block or two away, Lewis Seafood is amazing for take home seafood, and the associated food trailer has great seafood tacos! Neighborhood has access to the sound for the provided kayaks. We’d love to come back!

Clean, comfortable, and close to everything! This house accomodated everything we needed for our stay from outdoor shower, multiple bathrooms, and great kitchen living area. We enjoyed watching a sea turtle release on the beach, and gorgeous views of the sound. So much to appreciate about this house and beautiful Topsail!

We had an amazing stay here! Jim and Tami were responsive and helpful when we were trying to make reservations. The views were fantastic and the house was comfortable and clean with plenty of items to use and take when going to the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.
