This was the cleanest rental we’ve ever had. Nothing at all to complain about. Comfy beds and pillows, plenty of room for our large family, well stocked kitchen and guest closet with beach supplies. One minute walk to the sound and less than two minutes to beach. Only a few more minutes to the pier and downtown Topsail Beach. Hope to stay again in the future!

There’s Currently construction on the building next door. During the week they would start construction around 7-8am which was really loud. Weekends- no construction so it was nice and peaceful.

The place was everything it was advertised to be. The hosts definitely have it ready for the renters. It is a very clean house and laid out nicely.
The owners go above and beyond with having bikes, kayaks, beach toys, a wagon, etc. They have it set up like folks would do for their own vacation plans.
Jim and Tami were great hosts and communicated very well from beginning to end.
We would definitely stay there again.
