The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our weekend getaway. The pools, hot tubs, and amenities were all very nice. The check-in/check-out process was easy. We had a great stay and would stay there again.

This condo is very close to the beach, you can hear the ocean when the windows are open! The place was cutely decorated and we were pleased with how well outfitted the kitchen was since we cooked most our meals there. Also appreciated that there were some beach chairs and beach toys. Hosts were very responsive.

Tami was very responsive and the beach was very close to the condo which was very convenient! The playground was a ton of fun as well with lots of games! The beds could be more comfortable though!

This was a wonderful location and the Condo had everything you needed for your vacation! The check in process was great, the condo was very clean. You could sit on the deck in the morning with your coffee and enjoy the ocean-keep a lookout for the dolphins they are out there playing! We hope to come back again-I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time on Topsail Island! The condo is in a great location and was clean with lots of extras (games, blankets, beach towels, chairs, etc.) Check in and check out were super easy and the hosts were very responsive! We plan to return and highly recommend!

This rental was great. Clean, great location, great property. The pools are well maintained, the beach access and views are amazing all around the property. The restaurant in the development has good food and spectacular views outside to enjoy while eating lunch or dinner.
Only thing I can think of that could be better is the WiFi. Won’t effect most people as, but I was doing a working vacation and it wasn’t usable for video calls.

We had a wonderful stay in North Topsail at this property. The property manager Tami was very responsive and kind to allow our family to check in at an earlier time. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very convenient to step out to the beach and pools were beautiful. Would recommend this property to family and friends.

Went for a wedding. The grounds were fantastic. Views awesome. Condo was wonderful. On site restaurant was a special surprise. We ate there at least once every day we were there. Special thanks to the owners who contacted us to arrange to meet us after my wife left her laptop bag. Awesome stay.
