This is the best rental we’ve ever had. Hands down. The proximity to the beach, the coziness and cleanliness of the house go beyond anything described. Tami definitely goes above and beyond for her guests. We had the best little weekend away with our family. North Topsail beach does not disappoint. We also highly recommend Splash by the Sea just up the road – the shrimp and grits are the best I’ve ever had. And take a 20 min drive back to the mainland for the Riverview Cafe. We will be back. Condo was tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The balcony provides view of the ocean and overlooks the pool. Located with short trip to Sneeds Ferry or Surf City for shopping, groceries, restaurants and activities.

We had a great weekend at Tami and Jim’s. The condo is very clean, well equipped with essentials and has a great view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. They were always available and replied quickly.

Our stay here couldn’t have been better. From the ease of check-in to the attention to all the little conveniences, this was one of the best vacation stays we’ve had. The condo is in a great location and is perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the option of lounging by the pool or the ocean. An all-around A+ experience!

The condo was much larger than we expected and had everything we needed. I was happy to be able to see the ocean from the porch. For some reason the hot tubs were not working, but overall Villa Capriani is one of the best places to stay on Topsail.

We enjoyed the condo, the pools and the beach. All of that was beautiful. The one thing that did turn me away, not being the owners of this condos fault, within their actual property, was two cockroaches on the concrete of the first level while we were unloading our luggage! Turned me away from exactly wanting to return there to stay. The condo it’s self was beautiful and very clean! The owners helped us fix one TV issue and other wise all was well! The pools at the property are beautiful and clean! Easy access to right at the beach!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and had the best time! The condo was spotless when we walked in! Perfect location on the island, very quiet. The restaurant at the resort was wonderful, beautiful pools and great beach access. All the staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone. This place was exactly how it was portrayed in the pictures. It had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely stay here again.
