Check in was very easy! Overall was a great stay and a clean condo with great amenities at the Dunes. Jim and Tami are awesome hosts. Thank you for sharing your beach house!

Great place to stay!
The condo was super clean, decorated nicely and looked just as it appeared in the pictures. It was great to be able To walk right into the beach and have an oceanfront view. All the appliances we needed were stocked in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay in North Topsail. You can’t get much closer to the beach and our son enjoyed the pool as well. Jim and Tami were very responsive and great hosts. So many rentals have the bare minimum but Jim and Tami’s condo has so many things to delight their guests like beach/pool towels, beach toys and chairs and a fully stocked kitchen.

We had a great weekend! We took everything we needed so we never even had to leave. Tami and Jim provided everything we could have needed including beach toys, movies, games, towels , etc. The whole experience was so easy and perfect that I can’t wait to go back!
our favorite place
We’ve come to Topsail multiple times, and this was our favorite place we’ve stayed so far. It’s a great location – walking distance to the Topsail shops / restaurants, a playground, and very close to a public beach access; we were also pleasantly surprised that it was walking distance to the annual Autumn on Topsail festival (and we could hear the live music off the back porch!). The layout is great and works especially well for families. We were traveling with a very mobile 1 year old, and were pleased to have spacious bathrooms with tubs for bathtime, a baby gate for the stairs, and front and back porches for the parents to relax after bedtime. You can see both sunrise and sunset from the top floor which added to the ambiance. The furnishings are comfortable and home-y – the kitchen was especially well stocked. Tami was very responsive and graciously allowed us to check in early on our first night which was really appreciated for naptime once we got into town. H ighly recommend!
The place was perfect
The place was perfect for our 3 night Mom’s get away. There were only 3of us, so there was plenty of space. It was clean and tidy with nice amenities! We enjoyed having coffee on the covered balcony each morning. Host was responsive and accommodating! Definitely recommend!

The perfect condo for families! The location was more than perfect and made it easy to go to the beach and back with a baby! We enjoyed the quiet location and relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. Great place to stay!

Jim & Tami’s place was amazing. Exactly what our family was looking for. Had a small issue, but they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. We hope to rebook in the future.
Nice relaxing weekend.
Nice relaxing weekend. We came down for the shrimp festival in Sneads Ferry to see a band we like and to visit some friends. Love the palm tree located off the deck and the pool and beach in the “back yard” was great. Being able to grab a drink and take it to the pool was a plus. Great place and we look forward to coming back.
