Allowed us early check in. Had trouble with the a/c on the second level when we first got there, Jim was there within 15 minutes with a portable unit. Very friendly, not invasive, just really good people. Highly recommend

This is a very cute little condo! You can see the ocean waves from the living room! It is a bit far out on the island which I didn’t realize at first. You’ll have to go to Surf City for most things, but that’s only about a 20min drive. This was our first vacation in over 3 years due to our baby girl undergoing cancer treatment. We were able to relax and get her used to the ocean sounds and even see her put her feet in tbe water. Definitely a great value and enjoyable place!

This was a pretty nice place to get away. Main living area was spacious. Ocean views (can’t really see the beach because of the dunes and pool). Pool is also nice, but closes at 8.
The pullout bed was great for my 9 year old. The secondary bedroom bed in that room was fine for my 13 year old.
Floors are all tile/laminate/vinyl so sand isn’t buried in carpet. Overall it was pretty clean. Well stocked with what you needed – plenty of hand soap and toilet paper was already there.
Easy check in and checkout. Some pool bands were MIA when we arrived and they got us one quickly when we notified them.
No real issues here at all. If we came back to North Topsail Beach we’d stay here again for sure. There aren’t loads of dining options in the area, so plan to eat early, wait a while, or eat in the unit.

This was the absolute perfect spot for our little family of 4 vacation. It was so easy to get settled in, it felt like home right away. The beach & pool access was a breeze and kept my kids busy and happy without much effort… which is great for a busy mom & dad who needed a break too!! The patio was perfect for morning coffee or wine after kid bedtime – ocean view and so relaxing. We would stay a million times again and again. The place was SO clean as well. Truly grateful to the owners for operating such a gem.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Great communication with the hosts, loved that they allowed a dog so our boy could come, the place was clean and such a great space for me and my family to be together without being on top of each other. Such an easy walk to the beach (alsp dog friendly), and so helpful to have the beach chairs, towels, wagon and toys available. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend!

Great House! It was very clean and well maintained. The hosts go above and beyond, including linens, as well as small items that you may need during your stay. They responded quickly to any requests, and a couple of items that we accidentally left were mailed to us on the same day (thanks again)! The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to everything else. Definitely recommend.
