This condo is beautiful. well-equipped, very comfortable and in lovely surroundings. You will be steps from, the beautiful Atlantic, and a big and inviting pool. We had a great time and will return.

The location within the Topsail Dunes Resort was absolutely wonderful. Could park near the steps and walk up one flight (13 steps) and the door was right there.! No long walks to the beach or anytime you left the area. There are carts and a large ramp you can use initially. You never have to get on an elevator unless you want or need to.
The master was a large king bed with a full bath. The 2nd bedroom had what looked like a double (not queen) and a little too small for two adults who are just “friends” . One of our four adults just slept on the couch because of that and the fact that there was no TV in that 2nd room. The 2nd bath was off the hallway (not attached to the 2nd room itself.
Other than that, it was wonderful!!! Would definitely go back.

5 Stars – Little weekend getaway!
Renting process was extremely easy, check in was simple. Contact with renters worked great, they responded very fast and friendly. Not much of a ocean view from the unit but nice access to beach, pools and hot tubs very nice along with mangers of the condo property. Was asked several times by staff how everyone was and if anything needed attention. On site restaurant very good(little pricey like the rest of the Island) staff very friendly. Unit could use some new beds, very noisy when moving positions even for the little ones. Overall very nice place to stay and extremely good management!
