This place is super spacious with a very CLEAN large kitchen and living room with a side balcony where you can see part of the pool area and part of the ocean. The bedrooms were clean and neat upon arrival and the code for front door worked well.
The pool area was beautifully landscaped with 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. we did not go to the restaurant that was attached to the villa, but it looked nice and there was outdoor seating that overlooked the pools and the ocean. although it was just my husband and I it looked like a great place for a family! the only downfall I would say was the place is a little bit dated and the condo itself needed some updating in the bathrooms, as the sinks in each bathroom were small and the showers were small and the bathrooms seemed outdated.
I would say it was a very nice place. There’s not much to do around there, though, so if you want to go to restaurants, etc, you’d have to go to Surf City which is about 10 to 15 minutes. Hosts were great!
