This house was a delight to stay in, the bikes and kayaks were a great touch and were very helpful. The house was in a great location, and we were able to walk to most places. Both Sound access and Beach access are very close.

Great Stay!
Owners were very responsive and everything was very clean and in good working order. We had a fantastic view of the sound and could still see the ocean as well. The walk to the beach access was maybe 2 blocks at most. We used 3 of the bedrooms out of 4 and all mattresses were comfortable (we didn’t use the bedroom with twin bunk and third bed). We brought both our dogs which was nice, they loved their beach walks. Would stay here again for sure.
Lived up to the great reviews
We enjoyed our stay very much. A very short walk to the beach. The interior had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfy. 10/10!
Perfect beach house
Beautiful home. Close to beach access. Walking distance to restaurant and ice cream shop. Even with cloudy weather, we enjoyed games, bookstores, great seafood and the popcorn store. Hosts were close by and helpful. Would definitely rent again.
Wonderful Location
Property was fantastic. Location was great. Everything was clean, the owners were very easy to contact and very helpful.
Best of Beach and Sound
This house is in between the beach and the sound, making it a great location for whatever you want to do. We loved the kayaks and spent time paddling on the sound and catching shrimp and crabs. The beach was just round the corner, beautiful sand and at low tide, endless shells to collect. Great house-we hope to come back again.

1st trip to North Topsail. Great stay. Condo was comfortable and well appointed. Appliances were in great condition, which hasn’t always been our experience at rentals. Kids loved the 3 pools and easy beach access. Great communication with hosts. Thanks Jim and Tami!
Lovely vacation
Our unit was clean, cozy and just wonderful! Owners were so kind and responsive – just needed a battery replacement and batteries were replaced within an hour of requesting. We had the Best time with our young family and we will be back!
Great place
Our family has been staying at the Villa for many years, and once again had a great stay. The condo was beautiful and was perfect for our 4 year old and 9 month old. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed the very roomy living room. As always the beach and pools were wonderful and relaxing. The only issue during the week was 2 of 3 elevators not working, luckily we were on the 1st floor, but other family members staying higher were definitely affected. Hopefully the issue is fixed soon. Otherwise it was a great week!
Vacation
We had a great week! The condo was so clean and the owners were very helpful and had great communication with any of our questions. We enjoyed the variety of board games and beach toys/beach towels they supplied as well. Very close to the beach and pool. Best place that we have ever stayed at! Thank you!
