Owners did a good job of preparing this condo. All smooth surface flooring and no carpet is a plus at the beach. Owners were easy to get in touch with and responsive. Would go again.

We LOVE this condo! We have stayed here 2 years in a row with our 2 sons. The space is laid out perfectly, the dining table is the exact right size, they have everything we can think of that we forgot to bring. It’s an exceptionally beautiful kitchen, that was just renovated, and to have 2 bathrooms… we just love it and will plan to return again next year! Enjoy your stay at this wonderful condo, with amazing hosts!

We were so surprised at what a wonderful property, how clean and accommodating and owners helpful and added to our great time.
The beach is downstairs a short distance from the condo. The ocean breeze was great and we were well rested every day. All accommodations were comfortable and personalized. We enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back to the same condo on our next trip.

My grandmom, aunt, and I stayed at the property in June. The rental was great and had enough space for the three of us. The kitchen was updated and well appointed with everything we needed. Hosts were great as well! We didn’t need much but when I had questions they answered them quickly. Just a few notes about the resort itself. We did have to park across the street because parking is so limited for all of the units. Also, there are stairs to get up to the gate to the beach and then stairs to get down to the beach. Just mentioning this if you have an elderly person or people with bad knees like we did. We still made it down to the beach but just something to consider. Pool was also great! We also ate at the restaurant on property for lunch and it was pretty good although technically not affiliated with the property. Would definitely stay again.

We’ve been staying at “The Cap” (family nickname) for the past 20 years and have stayed in many different units on all sides of the buildings. While there wasn’t much of a view from the unit, it was, without question, the most nicely appointed unit we’ve ever had. The kitchen seems to be brand new and has every kind of pot, pan, cooking sheet, one could want. Great knives too! It was spotlessly clean and well decorated. The whole space was updated to the 21st century, a fact that many places we’ve rented here cannot claim. Not sure what anyone could want from a unit that this one didn’t provide. Plus, the owners are quick on the response if you have any questions.

Our family had an amazing stay at this property and we are already planning our return next year. It’s always hard when you have a young one in the group, but the location and set up of the rooms worked out perfectly with getting to and from the beach and the awesome pools! The property was clean and well maintained, the air was cool. The owners were right on top of checkin and great with communication. We had an absolutely lovely time-and will cherish the memories we made this year.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very private and peaceful, just what we needed. We were welcomed by Tropical storm Ophelia the night we arrived and the day that followed. The kids we’re really not enjoying themselves, thank God the next 3 days after we had tons of fun. To make up for that, our hosts were really nice as to let us check out a few hours later than anticipated. Much appreciated!
