The place was perfect for our 3 night Mom’s get away. There were only 3of us, so there was plenty of space. It was clean and tidy with nice amenities! We enjoyed having coffee on the covered balcony each morning. Host was responsive and accommodating! Definitely recommend!

The perfect condo for families! The location was more than perfect and made it easy to go to the beach and back with a baby! We enjoyed the quiet location and relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. Great place to stay!

Jim & Tami’s place was amazing. Exactly what our family was looking for. Had a small issue, but they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. We hope to rebook in the future.
Nice relaxing weekend.
Nice relaxing weekend. We came down for the shrimp festival in Sneads Ferry to see a band we like and to visit some friends. Love the palm tree located off the deck and the pool and beach in the “back yard” was great. Being able to grab a drink and take it to the pool was a plus. Great place and we look forward to coming back.
our second summertime stay
This is our second summertime stay at this condo and we will probably come back again next year as well. Love that we don’t have to commit to 5-7 days like many condos during the high season. The place is a nice clean space that’s well appointed. It has everything you need to feel comfortable – we appreciated the extra pool toys for our toddler. The building is fantastic for kids as well with an on site restaurant that’s reasonably priced. Amazing pools right by the beach which are the biggest draw for us. It’s a sweet, quiet low stress beach community. It’s a pretty family friendly space, so every time we’ve gone we have expected to hear the pitter patter of little kids everywhere. We are in the same place in life so we aren’t bothered by it. The view is obstructed by a giant palm tree which has never bothered us because we are too busy down by the pools. We truly have enjoyed our past couple stays here and would absolutely stay again.

Loved our stay in this beautiful beach house! We could easily walk the boardwalk to the beach at any time, day or night. Peaceful, safe, private, lovely area. Spacious and clean place, effective AC, beach supplies, games, etc. Our family had a wonderful time.

Our family had an awesome experience. The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still peaceful. Jim amd Tami were super responsive and made check-in a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Overall great communication, great place, clean, near by super market to get food, etc…
There’s Currently construction on the building next door. During the week they would start construction around 7-8am which was really loud. Weekends- no construction so it was nice and peaceful.
