5 Stars Nice place to get away

This was a pretty nice place to get away. Main living area was spacious. Ocean views (can’t really see the beach because of the dunes and pool). Pool is also nice, but closes at 8.

The pullout bed was great for my 9 year old. The secondary bedroom bed in that room was fine for my 13 year old.

Floors are all tile/laminate/vinyl so sand isn’t buried in carpet. Overall it was pretty clean. Well stocked with what you needed – plenty of hand soap and toilet paper was already there.

Easy check in and checkout. Some pool bands were MIA when we arrived and they got us one quickly when we notified them.

No real issues here at all. If we came back to North Topsail Beach we’d stay here again for sure. There aren’t loads of dining options in the area, so plan to eat early, wait a while, or eat in the unit.

5 Stars Perfect Family Spot

This was the absolute perfect spot for our little family of 4 vacation. It was so easy to get settled in, it felt like home right away. The beach & pool access was a breeze and kept my kids busy and happy without much effort… which is great for a busy mom & dad who needed a break too!! The patio was perfect for morning coffee or wine after kid bedtime – ocean view and so relaxing. We would stay a million times again and again. The place was SO clean as well. Truly grateful to the owners for operating such a gem.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The condo has everything you need. The view is beautiful! The location of the condo is perfect. Very close and convenient to the pool, beach, and play area. The hosts were very responsive! We hope to stay here again!

This is a perfect place to stay in Topsail! Jim & Tami were excellent hosts, had everything organized, and were super communicative. The condo was great and super clean. It had a good setup with bedrooms/bathrooms, great decor, comfortable, a fully equipped kitchen, great outdoor seating on the balcony to enjoy meals outside, and just steps away to the beach. I would highly recommend!

5 Stars – Relaxing Beach Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a nice, quiet week away and this condo was fantastic. The resort is very nice with plenty of pool space and hot tubs (kept up very nicely). The condo had a nice porch overlooking the pool area (and can see the ocean). Very quiet, comfortable and clean. Just steps to the beach, such easy access. You can stay in and cook, everything you need is stocked or you can head out and enjoy the local restaurants. Would highly recommend.
