This condo was perfect. The location to both the pool and the beach was great! Jim and Tami are great hosts and very reachable when needed. Nothing negative about our stay!!

We had such a nice time during our stay. The property was great and my kids loved the pools! I have an age gap and my littlest loved the 3foot pool so he could swim on his own with out swimmies and my oldest loved the big pool with the deep end. There is another pool that goes from 3.5 to 5ft right next to the hot tubs so if mom and dad want to relax they can still keep an eye on the kids!
The restaurant on site, Splash by the Sea, was surprisingly good! And it was nice to put your name in and go finish getting ready in the condo and not have to wait for an hour entertaining hungry kiddos. We were also close to the Pier which also had casual breakfast lunch and dinners. Also, very good!
We got to see baby sea turtles hatch just a quarter mile from the villa. So it was a pretty magical trip for us and the kids!
The only thing I would suggest is that the condo could use a good clean. I think we were here towards the end of the season so it’s to be expected.
I would also suggest looking into umbrella rental companies in the area in advance. They book up fast and take week long reservations. We were out of luck by the time we figured it out.Overall, great stay!

Beautiful condo right on the ocean. The condo was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very responsive to questions before and during our visit. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in North Topsail Beach!!

This was the absolute perfect spot for our little family of 4 vacation. It was so easy to get settled in, it felt like home right away. The beach & pool access was a breeze and kept my kids busy and happy without much effort… which is great for a busy mom & dad who needed a break too!! The patio was perfect for morning coffee or wine after kid bedtime – ocean view and so relaxing. We would stay a million times again and again. The place was SO clean as well. Truly grateful to the owners for operating such a gem.

This is a very cute little condo! You can see the ocean waves from the living room! It is a bit far out on the island which I didn’t realize at first. You’ll have to go to Surf City for most things, but that’s only about a 20min drive. This was our first vacation in over 3 years due to our baby girl undergoing cancer treatment. We were able to relax and get her used to the ocean sounds and even see her put her feet in tbe water. Definitely a great value and enjoyable place!
