We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. Being so close to the ocean and pool was very convenient as well. The owners were very responsive and accommodating! We hope to return.

5 Stars – Beautiful home, perfect location for easy access to both the sound and ocean
We absolutely loved staying here. The house was perfect and the host had just about everything you could need for your stay. We were impressed by the amount of items available for use on the beach and sound. From kayaks to beach umbrellas, beach chairs, wagon, games, bikes, coolers…the list goes on. If you forgot something they more than likely had it available. The walk to the beach and sound were a breeze with the proximity of this house and the views from both the front and back balconies were where we spent majority of our time. This was our first time to Topsail and we have decided to make it a tradition, we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice owners that provided everything you need for your vacation. Very clean, 3 decks! We loved the covered top floor deck. Fully stocked kitchen and great room layout. Sit on back porch and watch the beautiful sunsets over the sound. Sound access and beach access just a short walk from unit. Can’t wait to stay there again! We loved the kayaks too!

It was properly furnished and spacious. Several isssues need attention;
The one mattress in twin BR needs replaced. Not comfortable at all. Also the washing machine doesn’t always ring out. Dryer lint trap is rusty and so is top of dryer. Toilet needs flushed twice where queen bed is.
