This was such a great place to stay at North Topsail! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing week away. The view from the balcony looking out towards the ocean is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The condo community has a great restaurant in the middle of it that serves lunch and dinner (definitely try the tuna nachos– they’re delicious!).

This property had everything we needed and more. With 2 kids (ages 5 & 3) the convenience of location to the pool, the beach and the pirate ship/play area was more than ideal. This was the perfect all around condo…location, cleanliness, conscience…everything! Jim and Tami are awesome! The water lune broke and we had no water on our last day…checkout day…they brought us gallons of water…truly a great vacation. We will definitely go back!

Me and my children have not had a vacation In 15 years. We drove 11 hours and it was well worth the drive!! Loved how close the beach was and the pools where so nice to relax at after swimming in the ocean! Our condo was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies so we could cook most meals. My family and I really enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful spacious unit in very good shape! The provided beach towels/ beach chairs were perfect for enjoying the endless beach. The kitchen dining area was great for creating lots of fun memories with the family! Tami was very quick with responses from the moment I made the reservation through the stay. We really enjoyed North Topsail and the beautiful condo!

Communication and check in was very easy. House was very clean, not cluttered but had everything we needed. Tons of towels, games, kitchen was great, laundry room was perfect for storing beach stuff and getting laundry done.
We loved walking down to beach and then spraying off and doing pool. Topsail has a lot of fun shops, a great bagel place, seafood (Ricks Restaurant). It was the perfect vacation for my husband and I, our 3 kids and 2 grandparents. Kids didn’t mind the sleeper sofas. We had a blast!
