This is our second summer at Villa Capriani, in two different units. Location amd facility can’t be beat. Only thing between the condo and the ocean is a huge pool! Good restaurant on site as well. Beach is quiet and big. Close to activities but still far enough away to be quiet. If we still can’t get across the northern border in summer 2022, we’ll definitely be back to Villa Capriani. And Jim and Tami were awesome hosts!

First time in an apartment/condo rather than a beachside house. I would absolutely rent here again. This was great! Lots of room for 3 adults.
Everything worked (A/C, WD, dishwasher, TVs, wifi, disposal.) So many things already on hand from coffee to a selection of sharp knives to games and puzzles. Did not use the pool. End apartment so extra quiet. Easy check in, easy check out.

This condo was perfect for our family of four! Kitchen was fully stocked and there were even little perks we weren’t expecting like board games in the living room and a basket of beach towels for us to use. I LOVE how close and easily accessible the beach and pool were from the condo. Everything was clean and check in was super easy. We will definitely be back!!

Thank you Tami and Jim for giving us such an awesome place to spend our relaxing vacation Property was perfect. So many amenities made it feel like home everything we needed was there. Even had beach towels snd comfy blankies. Beach and pool only steps away. The ramps made it so easy to get our “stuff” to the beach would highly recommend this condo. Tami snd Jim are such great hosts so easy to get in touch with and answer questions really fast. Again. Highly recommend. By the way beach is besutiful. Such soft white sand. We had a great time! The condo was nicely supplied with all basic needs, and it was beautifully updated. It was comfy and perfectly located. I loved staying in an end unit, with less foot traffic going by. Great condo!! The owners do a great job providing a lovely vacation home.

The property was just as described and the location was perfect. Being able to wake up to see and hear the ocean every morning was wonderful. Having the pools and hot tubs for my kids to enjoy throughout the day was a blessing also since they prefer the pool over the beach. This vacation was much needed and my family and I were able to enjoy ourselves and relax. The laid back vibe of the island was right up my alley. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

The property is well done and equipped. It is stocked with wonderful touches like extra beach towels, fuzzy blankets, beach chairs, and family games. Jim and Tami had excellent communication and were very attentive to every detail. We will absolutely rent from them in the future!
