This is the best rental we’ve ever had. Hands down. The proximity to the beach, the coziness and cleanliness of the house go beyond anything described. Tami definitely goes above and beyond for her guests. We had the best little weekend away with our family. North Topsail beach does not disappoint. We also highly recommend Splash by the Sea just up the road – the shrimp and grits are the best I’ve ever had. And take a 20 min drive back to the mainland for the Riverview Cafe. We will be back. This place is GREAT! It was perfect for our little man’s first trip to the beach.
The unit is on the first floor, which is means if you use a wagon you can roll right out the door and down the nearby boardwalk ramp to the beach – no stairs between the unit and the beach. Made it super easy to get all our stuff down and set up without a sweat.
The unit is also right near the pool, which is convenient since you won’t have to lug a bunch of stuff just to sit out back.
Hosts are very responsive and make sure you have everything needed to set up. They made the stay very easy and enjoyable! Matt via Airbnb

Wonderful place for a family vacation!
The hosts are very thoughtful as to furnishing their condo.. very above and beyond with the small things you forget, or things for comfort like extra pillows and blankets, kitchen items and beach toys.

Tami was so very communicative and helpful throughout the process, answering questions promptly and giving us advance notice about construction in the condo complex. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

This place is awesome! I completely recommend it to everyone. The decoration is great, beds are comfortable and it has everything you need to have a great get away! The resort is awesome to, the big pool is huge and the beach is like 5 steps away! Tami was really quick and so sweet answering to some questions I had wile I was there. Don’t look more and book it!

Tami is an amazing host- very attentive to any questions and responsive. The property is just what we wanted, quiet, away from the touristy areas and more than enough space. The property was clean and very well appointed. Choose this place if you want a quiet spot and no worries!

Thank you Tami and Jim for giving us such an awesome place to spend our relaxing vacation Property was perfect. So many amenities made it feel like home everything we needed was there. Even had beach towels snd comfy blankies. Beach and pool only steps away. The ramps made it so easy to get our “stuff” to the beach would highly recommend this condo. Tami snd Jim are such great hosts so easy to get in touch with and answer questions really fast. Again. Highly recommend. By the way beach is besutiful. Such soft white sand.
