Topsail Beach

The Town of Topsail Beach is the smallest of the three communities on the island and located on the south end of the island.

It is a features a small, but vibrant town center & a laid back, family focused life style. There are over 1,300 homes, but only about 1,000 year-round residents. During the summer months, the town’s population increases to about 12,000 people.

Serenity Point encompasses the southern most part of the island and is absolutely beautiful. Grab a few beach chairs, blanket, an adult beverage or two, and head down to catch a sunset. Its unforgettable & well worth your time.
