This condo is well stocked, with plenty of room and so convenient to the beach!! It’s definitely an older building so the ceilings are pretty low and it needs some updates, mostly in the bathrooms. For the most part it was super clean and having the pool and the beach right there was awesome!! My daughter and I had a great time and Tami was a really responsive host. If you’re wanting to go out to eat a lot its a decent drive to Surf City, where most of the restaurant options are. I like the peacefulness of north topsail but just something to be aware of if you’re wanting to be in the thick of things!
